your needs.
Hydraulic:"DS Series"
- Our "DS" Series Sockets incorporate valves to prevent fluid loss
when the socket is disconnected. These sockets are normally referred to as
"hydraulic couplings", but they are used extensively with other media
where objectionable materials are handled.

Pneumatic:"C" Series
- The compact design and sleeve guard profile of the "C" Series
couplings reduces risk of accidental disconnect. It has a ball locking
mechanism consisting of captive steel balls that engage the locking groove on
the mating plug. Standard sizes are 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" nominal
flow. "C" Series sleeve type couplers conform to MIL-C4109-E.
The "B" Series Plug is the mate to this socket. They are completely
interchangeable with similar plugs manufactured by other quick coupling
manufacturers conforming to MIL-C4109-E requirements. Hardened wear points and
solid bar stock construction provide long service life.
|
6100 Series - The
thread latch mechanism of the "6100" Series enables the user to
connect and disconnect while under pressure. The flanged bonded seal is
compressed and locked between the socket body and plug which improves seal
integrity and prolongs service life.
These couplings are machined from solid brass and have stainless steel
retaining rings and springs to maximize corrosion resistance. They are
available with hex nut or wing nut couplings.
Socket and Plugs have female pipe thread configurations and the Buna N seals
are standard. Sizes range from 3/4" to 1 1/2".
|
"J" Series
- The "J" Series has a manual connect and disconnect ball latch and
has a compact design and sleeve guard which reduces risk of accidental
disconnect.
The 1/4" nominal flow socket is machined from solid brass bar stock with
stainless steel balls and springs which maximize corrosion. Standard sizes are
1/4", 1/2", and 3/8".
Seals are optional, based on the application in use. 1/4" and 3/8"
sockets come standard with EPDM seals, while Buna-N-Seals are standard on all
others.

6600 Series - The
"6600" Series are versatile couplings used in a wide range of
hydraulic applications including construction equipment, manufacturing
machinery and in-plant systems.
Sizes range from 1/4" to 1".
BRECO Series "6600" couplings feature poppet valves with a solid
metal perch that maintains valve alignment an prevents flow checking. Both the
sleeves of the socket and plug are case hardened to make the couplings
resistant to damage from brineling and mechanical shock. The
durable-ball-locking mechanism ensures a reliable connection every time!

"O" Series
- The "O" Series 1/4" couplings have all brass bodies and steel
valves, whereas the 3/8" are manufactured in steel bar stock only.
The "O" Series Plug is the mate to this socket. They are machined
from solid steel bar stock and are zinc plated to provide maximum service life.

4000 Series - The
"4000" Series features a dependable ball-locking mechanism which
holds the mating half together. Additionally, critical parts are induction
hardened for durability.
The "4000" Series brings to the industry a proven design for use on
construction equipment, forestry equipment, agricultural machinery, oil tools,
steel mill machinery and other demanding hydraulic applications.
Standard seal material is Buna N, but other seals are optional. Sizes range
from 1/4" to 1" and both socket and plug have female thread
configuration.

Universal Series -
The "Universal" Series coupler features automatic push-to-connect
operation, high flow machined "window valve", corrosion resistant
solid brass construction and a sleeve guard which helps prevent accidental
disconnects and protects the sleeve from damage. This coupler is available with
male or female thread ports.
While the best quick coupling performance is obtained by matching like series
sockets and plugs, the universal coupler permits multiple plugs to mate with
one socket
Specifications: 1/4" body, pressure rated up to 150 psi, temperate rated
-40F to +250F, 4-ball locking device, not recommended for vacuum service.
|
ST Series - Utilize
the "ST" Series for fluid transfer applications where unrestricted
flow and high operating pressures are needed.
The "ST" Series Couplings will interchange with similar couplings
manufactured by other companies. Sizes range from 1/8" thru 2" and
are machined from solid brass, steel or 303 stainless steel bar stock.
Seals are optional, based on the application in use. 1/4" and 3/8"
sockets come standard with EPDM seals, while Buna-N-Seals are standard on all
others.

"EZ"
Series - The "EZ" is completely interchangeable
with BRECO Series "B" and "C" sockets, and other similar
industrial interchange couplers made by other manufacturers that accept plugs
that conform to MIL-C4109-E.
The BRECO Series "B" coupling is an exhaust type socket that is
designed to exhaust air pressure prior to the disconnection process. This
allows for connection or disconnection at "zero" psi. This greatly
reduces the force required to make the connection and disconnection and
minimizes the possibility of hazardous hose whip
